Terms and Conditions

Pricing:

• The pricing of items is subject to change and the online shop will be updated accordingly.  In the event of any inconsistency in pricing, the pricing in the Uniform Shop will prevail.

Ordering:

• Orders must be placed via the online shop only. Please allow 3 working days for processing & delivery once payment reflects in WGJS bank account.

Stock:

• Should any item of the school uniform be out of stock; you are encouraged to buy from School & Leisure.
• Limited stock of the school uniform is allowed to be sold by WGJS in terms of the agreement with the manufacturing suppliers.
• Blazers are only available through School & Leisure.
• Sports and Grade R uniform are only available from WGJS.

Payment:

• Payment terms are strictly Snap Scan, Payfast or EFT at the time of ordering. Strictly no cash deposits will be accepted.
• Please ensure that the exact amount is paid as no change will be issued or credited to school fee accounts.

Exchanges/rEfundS:

• Exchanges/Refunds within 7 days are permitted.
• Items must be returned in their original packaging, unmarked, with all labels attached together with the proof of purchase.

Queries:

• Email all queries to shop@wgjs.co.za within 7 days from date of delivery.

Risk and Ownership:

• All risk and ownership of the items passes from WGJS to you upon delivery of the items.

Covid-19:

• All items returned are treated under strict Covid-19 protocols.
